JOAN BRENNAN | Personal Trainer | Auckland, New Zealand
With more than 15 years’ experience as a personal trainer, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, e.g. brides (and grooms-to-be), busy business owners, office professionals, models, retirees to name a few. Whether your goal is improved fitness, stronger body, better balance, mobility or dropping a dress size, I provide personalised training that meets you where you’re at and supports you every step of the way.

Body composition tracking available, including lean body mass and body fat percentage (using Tanita body composition scales) to monitor progress and support your ongoing results.

We talk through your goals, look at your current eating habits. I can offer simple nutrition guidance to help support healthier choices — backed by my Precision Nutrition certification.
